VIVISHORT.AI is an AI-powered trading infrastructure platform providing automated trading bots, market signal tools, and portfolio analytics. The platform connects to third-party exchanges (MEXC, MetaTrader 5) via user-provided API credentials.

3. No Financial Advice

Nothing on VIVISHORT.AI constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All signals, analysis, and bot activity are algorithmic in nature. Users are solely responsible for their own trading decisions and any resulting financial outcomes.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose. You acknowledge that automated trading carries inherent risks including but not limited to software errors, connectivity failures, and market volatility.

5. Subscription & Billing

Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually. Plans may be cancelled at any time. A 7-day refund guarantee applies. VIVISHORT.AI reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Payment is made via USDT TRC20.

6. Limitation of Liability

VIVISHORT.AI shall not be liable for any financial losses, trading losses, or damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to bot errors, API failures, or market conditions. The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or misuse platform resources.
